Roll Headers Construction

Multi-Wall RollHEADERS are constructed of layers of laminated chipboard, corrugated, or a combination of both. Customized materials and laminations are available. RollHEADERS are available in various thickness to meet or exceed National Motor Freight Specifications.

Applications

RollHEADERS provide protection for a wide range of roll goods, typically:

· Paper and tissues
· Film and foil
· Aluminum and steel
· Linoleum

In general, all products in roll form that require protection in storage, handling, and shipping. RollHEADERS provide the capability to stack your goods.

RollHEADERS are available to meet a variety of needs:

· Laminated chipboard, corrugated or a combination 
· Plain, waxcoated or foam lined
· Diameters to 68"
· .007 to .500 calipers 
· With center hole or solid
· Roll suspension systems
· Wire reel flanges

RollHEADERS may also be used in conjunction with wrappers, stretch wrap and Multi-Wall EdgeBAND.
